Shipping and Delivery Questions

Yes! We offer door-to-door delivery across South Africa.

With standard shipping, your order will arrive within 2-5 working days from dispatch. However, we do offer express shipping for a faster delivery.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We do offer free shipping on orders of R1500 or more.

We accept secure payments via PayFast, including, Visa, Mastercard, Instant EFT, Zapper, PayFlex and more.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Should your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@swurl.co.za here with your order number and photos of the item.
